E-skills Strategic Plan
Under the industry-wide leadership of the NTO Boards, a three-year strategic plan is being created to unite employers, educators and government around a common set of priorities. The draft plan is available on this site and consultation was open until 22 February 2001. We would like to thank all those who took this opportunity to give their feedback. The final copy of the plan will be available at the end of March.

NEW Modern Apprenticeship Outcomes
The new revised IT and electronic services Modern Apprenticeship outcomes for the e-skills NTO Development Framework for a career in IT were approved by DfEE on the 22 January 2001 and took effect in England and Wales on the 1st February 2001. Further information on the new Framework is available on this website under the Vocational Training section.
