This series of reports focuses on recruitment, skills and training and is based on primary research conducted in 2000. It compliments and takes forward previous LMI publications but provides much more detail than previous LMI through the use of an extensive questionnaire, which enabled companies to give their own views providing revealing insights into various topical issues. Coverage includes the workforce, recruitment, skills, drivers for change, and training with some regional analysis.
