The e-skills NTO represents the views of the IT industry, employers of IT professionals and employers of IT users, on education and training, to government and other key decision-makers. It is owned and led by three Boards of Directors, representing each of these three communities, to ensure employer skills needs are met at a national level.

The role of the NTO is to:

• identify industry-wide training needs and set targets for employee development
• provide practical solutions to workforce development problems
• help your organisation derive business benefits from investing effectively in workforce development
