6.1 Skills forecasting
Skills Foresight
This project seeks to complete the range of Skills Foresight for the IT industry, UK business employers of IT Professionals and the UK workforce. The project will aim to increase the e-skills NTO's understanding of these communities and aid the NTO response to future skills needs challenges.
A report will be produced based on the large scale ICT LMI research project carried out by the NTO. The report will provide employers, education and training providers, and government with the information they require to understand skill issues and inform strategy.
